Meet our leadership

  • Sandra Valle

    Co-Chairman

    Sandra Valle, our Co-Chairman, has proudly been with Reks for over 16 years. She was integrated into the team in early 2006 where she serves as our chief operations office as well as our chief financial officer. Mrs. Valle plays a critical role in Reks' success by orchestrating the day to day operations as well as building long lasting relationships with our partners, builders, vendors, and the Reks team. Mrs. Valle is also responsible for facilitating and implementing new and innovative ideas and strategies that keep Reks one of the leading electrical companies in the Southeast.

  • Eugenio Valle

    Chairman

    Mr. Valle has been in the electrical industry for 29 years, starting with the telecommunications company Hondutel, Motor Controls at Alimentos del Valle, Honduras in 1991. In 1993 he became a team leader at Lanehart Electrical in Irving, Texas. It was in 1996, due to his great performance as a professional in the electrical industry that he became part of Houston-Stafford Electric, where he started working in the field, estimating numerous varied projects until 2004. In 2004, he joined forces with Power Design Inc. From his humble beginnings, Mr. Valle has worked in all facets of the industry and is proud to have established REKS as a prestigious electrical and low voltage service contractor.

  • Christina Diaz

    Executive Assistant

    Ms. Diaz’s career in construction started in 2010 when she started working part time for a small electric company in Charlotte, NC. From there it sparked her interest in wanting to further her education to be able to make her way up into the office world of construction. When she graduated in 2014 with her business degree, she landed a job at one of 2018’s ENR top 400 general contractors in the Southeast. Christina enjoys working on both new construction and interior upfits. Her favorite part of her job is seeing a building built from the ground up starting from the drawings all the way until the project is finished and has final photos. She enjoys supporting her project team and strives to make every job run as smooth as possible. She is excited to be a part of the REKS team and can’t wait to continue being a part of successful projects.

  • Wesley Harris

    Chief Financial Officer

    I am an experienced and hardworking finance professional with a demonstrated background in maximizing profits, standardizing business procedures, accounting, controls, commercial strategy and analysis, operating plan development, working capital management, acquisition integration, training, coaching, and mentoring. I have a proven history of working in businesses with transformation initiatives. My expertise include streamlines processes and implementing tools to drive effective business decisions within executive leadership teams. I am a strategic and critical thinker with a strong work ethic, sense of professionalism and integrity. I am extremely adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing business conditions in an effort to ensure the organization’s strategic roadmap objectives are met.

  • Nathaniel Lopez

    Senior Project Manager

    Nathaniel Lopez, our senior project manager who has been with Reks for the past 6 years is an integral part of the team. He is an unequaled problem solver and oversees the project design and development which includes the engineering and coordination of all major projects. He is currently managing over 50% of the operations department where he brings his expertise and experience to the team where he is able to showcase his skills managing multi-million dollar projects. Mr. Lopez has humble beginnings coming from a family of engineers. He was always intrigued by his grandfather and his fathers’ roles in electronics and engineering leading him to get his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Florida’s International University. He started his career working as a field engineer and worked his way up to project management/field coordination’s. We look forward to completing and pursing current and future projects together.

  • Sebastian Vargas

    Senior Engineer Director

    Sebastian Vargas serves as Reks’ senior engineer director and has been a part of the Reks team for 10 years since 2012. Mr Vargas brings to the team his expertise in all aspects of technology and leadership by meeting all our organization’s needs and advancements in the cyber world. He does so by designing and implementing IT strategies and infrastructure, identifying our business needs/eliminating security risks, and analyzing business requirements for our IT needs and systems. He graduated with a post graduate degree in computer science and information security, and he doubles as a Robotics technician, computer network technician & fire alarm system programmer. Being a jack of many trades he also manages Reks human resources department and planning to operational execution. We are fortunate to have him on the Reks team.

    Rochelle Guillen

    Office Administrator

    Mrs. Rochelle Guillen serves as Reks’ office administrator. She manages all of our corporate office activities and operations and makes sure that the office runs as efficiently as possible. She is in charge of all of the clerical duties such as answering any incoming inquiries, managing appointments/staff calendars, communicating with our field personnel and our office personnel and to ensure there is clear communication between the team. She also relays information between our field personnel and our partners/customers & general contractors. Mrs. Guillen has a degree in computer science with understudies in office automation and computer network technology and she specializes in quality control. We welcomed her to the Reks team in 2020 and are happy to have her onboard.
